Refund Policy

TrueFuel Labs sells digital products. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, our refund policy is designed to be fair to customers while protecting the value of the materials.
Plain-English summary: If you bought the wrong package or cannot access your files, contact us. We will help fix access issues. Refunds may be available within the stated window, but we may limit refunds after files have been accessed or downloaded.
1. Digital product refund window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@truefuellabs.com. Refund requests should include your name, purchase email, order number if available, package purchased, and reason for the request.
2. Access and download issues
If you cannot access your purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund. We can resend access, correct account issues, verify payment status, or provide a new download link when appropriate.
3. When refunds may be limited or denied
Refunds may be limited or denied if:
- The refund window has passed.
- The product files were successfully accessed or downloaded.
- The request appears abusive, fraudulent, or part of repeated refund behavior.
- The product was redistributed, shared, or used in violation of the Terms of Use.
- The issue can be reasonably resolved by restoring access or providing the correct files.
4. Duplicate purchases and wrong package
If you accidentally purchased the wrong package or made a duplicate purchase, contact us promptly. We may issue a refund, apply the amount toward an upgrade, or correct the order depending on the situation.
5. Upgrades
If upgrade options are offered, we may allow customers to apply a prior purchase toward a higher package. Upgrade policies may vary based on promotional pricing, payment processor limitations, and timing.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted through the payment processor. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. No medical outcome guarantee
TrueFuel Labs products are educational planning tools. We do not guarantee weight loss, health outcomes, symptom improvement, medication results, fitness results, or specific body-composition changes.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve access, duplicate-payment, or order issues. We reserve the right to revoke access to digital products associated with disputed or reversed payments.
