1. Educational use only

TrueFuel Labs provides educational digital content about protein, hydration, meal structure, low-appetite planning, workouts, and general wellness support for people navigating appetite changes. The content is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or create an account. By using the site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

If account features are enabled, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Digital products and license

When you purchase a TrueFuel Labs digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly post, share download links, upload the files to public websites, or use the materials to create a competing product.

5. Purchases and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payment card processing is handled by a third-party processor. TrueFuel Labs does not intend to store full card numbers on its servers. Your purchase may be subject to the payment processor’s terms and policies.

6. Delivery and access

Digital products are delivered through download links, account access, email, or another digital delivery method. We may use protected or expiring links to prevent unauthorized sharing. You are responsible for using a valid email address and maintaining access to your account or purchase email.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the TrueFuel Labs Refund Policy posted on this site. Because products are digital, refund eligibility may be limited after access or download.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to access private files without authorization, bypassing download protections, scraping the site, interfering with checkout or security systems, uploading malicious code, using another person’s account, or violating applicable laws.

9. No guarantees

TrueFuel Labs does not guarantee weight loss, muscle retention, health outcomes, symptom improvement, medication results, fitness results, or financial results. Individual outcomes vary based on many factors, including medical history, medication use, nutrition, activity, sleep, adherence, and clinician guidance.

The site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, email platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, or social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

11. Intellectual property

The TrueFuel Labs name, logo, website, copy, designs, worksheets, downloads, frameworks, and digital products are owned by TrueFuel Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueFuel Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueFuel Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, health decisions, or unauthorized access arising from use of the site or products.

We may update the site, products, prices, policies, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
